First: you can subscribe to our newsfeed at the top of our site but i have to remind everyone that only news and no comments will be delivered. If you want to be really up to date please visit our site regulary.

Second: if you never heard of something called newsfeed, it is no problem to got our latest news by email. At the top of our right sidebar is field called subscribe. There you can enter your email and confirm the next window. The only thing you have to do afterwards is to klick the comfirmation link in the email we have send you.

Thats it and now you´ll be up to date at every moment.
